Modern Hotel is very easy. Easy to find. Easy and friendly staff. Easy and comfortable rooms. Love the location as it's close to many of my clients. Having a built-in restaurant and bar at the end of my day makes it easy too.. maybe too easy. ;) It's a great place to stay.

The rooms at the Modern were the most comfortable our group experienced on a 3 week roadtrip. We loved the walk-in showers, the very cozy beds and bedding, and the restaurant in the evening. We also liked the branding - very cute.

I always enjoy my stay here, today this place really started to grow on me as my go to spot in Boise. This time I was placed in a large room in the adjacent building rather than in the garden style rooms. Honestly I loved it over here and it was so quiet! I enjoy the simple breakfast downstairs, it's wonderful. It's not the cheapest but I suppose for the quality it is absolutely affordable. My favorite part of the rooms are the modern and beautiful showers. It is a great walkable location downtown. Modern is a great safe quiet place to get some sleep and tasty food and drink in Boise.

I had never been to Boise and Modern Hotel Exceeded my expectations from the exceptional staff, the food and the breakfast and coffee in the morning. The room was perfect and super comfy. We were also able to get a room with a balcony which was also super cozy and private. Thanks for an incredible stay!

It was central to downtown so we left the car parked and walked everywhere exploring . Was easy to navigate and we found a lot of funky local shops add eateries .its very artsy with a TV channel streaming edgy movie shorts .Staff were super helpful ! Max made our morning breakfast with a smile :)

This is by far the coolest and most unique place I’ve stayed! Rooms were beautiful and so clean. They even gave you adorable little gift bags! I was only there one night for a medical appointment, but will be back for a longer stay for sure! Also, the staff was so helpful and friendly!

The staff are all amazing! Great vibe at this place that has been updated in a super fun way. We needed a pet-friendly place since we were traveling with our large dog, Hank. The room was spacious enough for our things plus Hank's bed. Immaculately clean and the bed was SO comfortable! Quite peaceful even though being in a downtown area. Nice choices for the free breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast was so good, i loved the homemade feel to it. Little Frittatas and banana bread and yogurt parfaits. Their coffee was really good too, i guess they have their own blend that is made just for them. We happened on one of their themed weekends, that was so cute! I am gonna keep an eye out for more of those as we didn't have too much time to enjoy that.

Not too far outside of the city center, and they offer free bike loans to get where you're going. Staff were exceptionally friendly, and breakfast was definitely better than standard hotel buffets.

Really loved our stay here. We will be coming to Boise often and will always keep this place in mind. I love the vibe, good breakfast, clean and comfy room, and fast wifi. Also the staff were very very nice.
